 Returns: You may be eligible to return a product if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product is in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • You initiate the return process once you get the order and check in front of the rider.
  • The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see section 3 below).

Exchanges: You may be eligible to exchange a product if it meets the same criteria as mentioned in section Return. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • If you received any Damage Item
  • If the item is not working properly
  • Drop in water by customer and not working
  • Overcharged the item and better explode

Return and Exchange Process
